Role & Contributions

Ken provides deep-dive analysis for our Social Media Services clients and works with our client service team members to help them assure we deliver insights for clients, not just data. He also provides technical and program management advice and assistance to our team members, He works to find creative and efficient solutions for clients and to provide insights into key online reputation metrics.

Experience & Background

Ken’s professional experience spans across industries such as food & beverage, skilled trades, and wireless communications. He brings to our team 11 years of experience in retail management and 25 years in leadership capacities. Ken is not afraid of a challenge and will do whatever it takes to help our clients succeed.

What I Love

Hanging out with my wife & kids, playing with my dogs, riding my bike, watching sitcoms (Parks & Rec, The Office, Letterkenny, and Schitt’s Creek are some of my all-time favorites!), and playing fantasy sports.

Favorite Music

I’m a fan of hip hop, especially the indie stuff from the turn of the millennia, so my favorites include Redman, Nas, Cannibal Ox, Outkast, Run The Jewels, and many more!
