The ideal candidate for this program is a woman-owned business that generates a minimum of $100,00 in annual income and has one employee.

You will need to invest and dedicate a minimum of 12 hours each month in order to be a part of this program / reach your goals.

Morning Sessions

Cohort will meet every other week (on Tuesdays), from 9AM to 12PM CST for 10 months. Attending at least 85% of classes will be required.

What to expect

NBIC, together with the Truist Foundation, will be supporting women-owned businesses scale to $1 million in revenue and create at least five jobs in a holistic way that caters to the “whole” woman. Please review our FAQ below for candidate requirements before applying.

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • You have been in business for at least two years.
  • You generate a minimum of $100,000 in annual income and have at least 1 employee.
  • You are seeking to make a transition from becoming a “worker bee” to becoming the CEO of your business.
  • You are willing to work ON your business, not just IN your business.
  • You are Coachable and have the willingness to receive constructive feedback.
